Our trained staff and volunteers are available to answer any questions you may have and to help you in any way possible. All counseling is confidential.

Counseling by E-Mail: If you would like to correspond with a lay counselor by e-mail, our address is hope@lifecarecenter.org. Your e-mail will be forwarded to a lay counselor who will then contact you.

Counseling by Telephone: You may speak with a lay counselor over the telephone during office hours by calling (785) 242-4500. Lay counselors are available Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m and Monday & Wednesday 1:00 p.m. to 6 p.m.  If there is an emergency, please leave a message, we check our machine regularly.

One-on-One Counseling: You may come into the LifeCare center and meet with a lay counselor personally. We are located at 121 East Second Street • Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
